Womens Sport Week 2017

Today is the start of Womens Sport Week 2017 and as such, the UTS Foundation is offering all females aged 16 and over free access for a week to the UTS gym after 12pm weekdays and for all weekend classes.

At the UTS and our Foundation we’re on a mission to help empower woman and girls across the area through sport. The UTS Foundation is all about getting people involved in sport and physical activity and we are proud to show off the positive development work that we do because we believe in the benefits of regular exercise and activity, whatever that may be.

So if you, a family member, or a friend, could benefit from our offer then please pop down to the UTS to get involved in our generous menu of sessions, (http://theuts.co.uk/timetable/) which include circuits, Run Club, over 55 and 'female only' sessions that cater for ALL abilities and fitness levels.
