It's here again tribe. The annual 'UTS Pull Up Challenge' starts today and this year promises to be our BIGGEST and BEST yet!!

Our challenge will run across our Underground Training Station Hoylake and The Underground Training Station SW sites with both tribes and UTS coaches completing as many pull ups as possible in the upcoming week. Head Coach Stu Vance has more details on this in the video below -

This challenge is by no means restricted to the walls of UTS. We want UTS friends and family members of ALL ages from across the globe to get involved. Last year we had people taking part and submitting cool videos from Hong Kong, Australia, Colombia and USA to name a few. If you take part then please feel free to send us your video with a short message of support.

This year we will be raising money for our own charity - The UTS Foundation - which has been set up to help change the lives of the most vulnerable people in our community. The vision we have is pioneering however we can't do it alone.

Donations for this challenge and The UTS Foundation can be made in either UTS facility or by clicking on the link below -

Last year this was a HUGE success, help us make this year even BETTER by simply doing pull ups of any kind, making a donation of any size and liking, sharing and tagging friends/family in this post.
