Trustee Focus
The UTS Foundation is delighted to welcome Dan Keefe as a Trustee for the Foundation. Dan is currently Deputy Head and Director of Sport at Clare Mount Specialist Sports College, Moreton having spent 20 years working in education and sports development as a PE teacher, Sports co-ordinator and Partnership Development Manager.
Dan has a Degree in Sport, Social Policy and Management and a Masters in Advanced Educational Practice. He firmly believes that 'sport changes lives' and throughout his career has utilised the power of sport to boost attendance, behaviour, self-esteem, attainment and employability skills.
Dan has worked closely with us over the last 2 years helping us to develop the Foundation and integrate our work into schools, especially those with special educational needs.
This will be an excellent addition to our Trustee team as we continue to develop and grow the organisation, so a big welcome to Dan!
