FREE PILATES AND YOGA CLASSES - PLEASE REGISTER ASAP

Please note our FREE PILATES AND YOGA CLASSES begin next week.

These gentle and relaxed sessions are designed to help people recovering from illness and ill health to strengthen their body and mind to help improve overall health and well being.

Our experienced and qualified instructors will be on hand to guide you through each session and answer any questions that you may have.

To take part, please print off the attached registration form and bring it with you next week.

We advise you to come in warm, relaxed clothing (such as tracksuit and trainers) and bring water to ensure you are comfortable and hydrated throughout.

We encourage ALL new and existing Foundation users to participate in these extremely beneficial classes.
